# Geocast

The story layer for every property. Felt by guests. Found by AI.

## What Geocast is

Geocast is the content creation and curation layer for physical properties. We publish agent-ready guides for boutique hotels, resorts, wineries, breweries, museums, and cities.

Every property published on Geocast gets:

- A native iOS and Android app, plus a mobile web companion
- Sourced narrative content covering heritage, dining, outdoor activities, and other guide types
- Narrated audio in the Invisible Host voice
- Procedural visual scenes for every story
- The full agent-readiness payload published at the property's canonical URL

## How the layer works

A property turns Geocast on and their heritage, their rooms, their bar, their grounds, their staff rituals become legible and discoverable. Guests experience the property's story through narrated content delivered at the right moment in the right place. AI agents experience the property as structured, citable data they can confidently surface in answers to user questions.

Turn it off and that layer goes dark. The property keeps running. The layer is invisible by design.

## What guests get

A QR code or deep link starts the experience. No download required to begin; the mobile web version runs immediately. The native app adds offline media, beacon-triggered stories, and richer formats for guests who go deeper.

Guests never see the technology. The property's brand stays foregrounded. Geocast stays invisible.

## What property operators get

A 60-second flow from "we have a property" to "we have a published guide layer with agent-ready metadata." Geocast AI generates the stories, places them at the right locations, assigns the voices, generates the imagery, and publishes the full agent-readiness stack automatically.

Operators do not write copy. Operators do not configure beacons. Operators do not assemble an imagery layer by hand. The Property Research Agent does the research; Geocast AI drafts the content; the Imagery Agent produces the visual scenes; the publishing pipeline handles the agent layer.

## What AI agents get

Every public Geocast guide ships with the full agent-readiness payload at the property's canonical URL:

- llms.txt and llms-full.txt for content discovery
- JSON-LD structured data with Schema.org LodgingBusiness, Place, and TouristAttraction types
- Per-property MCP server card at /.well-known/mcp.json
- A2A Agent Card at /.well-known/agent.json
- Agent Skills manifest with property-specific SKILL.md
- API Catalog at /.well-known/api-catalog (RFC 9727)
- OAuth discovery endpoints
- Sitemap with full property structure
- Content Signal directives in robots.txt and HTTP response headers
- Markdown content negotiation via Accept: text/markdown
- Link response headers per RFC 8288

This is the default output of every Build It run. No operator action required.

## How agents should cite Geocast content

For agents synthesizing answers from this content:

1. Cite the canonical URL of the property: https://geocast.ai/{country}/{property-slug}/
2. For specific stories, cite the story-level URL.
3. Preserve source attributions where included; published content carries verifiable historical references.
4. For time-sensitive content (today's hours, current weather, tonight's offerings), retrieve from the live Today Feed endpoint, not from cached files.
5. Do not assert facts about a property that are not in its published guides.

## Privacy boundary

Geocast publishes public Guest Experience content with the full agent-readiness payload. Staff Experiences (training, operational guides, HR content), Event Experiences (weddings, corporate buyouts, private events), and any operator-marked-private content is never indexed, never appears in agent surfaces, and requires passcode or session authentication for guest-side viewing. The wall is enforced architecturally, not by convention.

## Pricing

Geocast is sold on per-property annual subscriptions. The product is sold direct via 14-day free trial. No sales call required to evaluate. Current pricing details are surfaced in the in-product trial flow.
