SMS Messaging Program

How you opt in to Geocast text messages

This page documents how Geocast collects consent for its internal SMS messaging program. It is published for our users and for carrier and A2P 10DLC verification.

Geocast AI, Inc. · Last updated June 1, 2026

Geocast is a closed, internal operations platform for hotels and resorts. The only people who receive text messages from Geocast are a property's own operators (managers) and staff, who are added as users on the platform. There is no public sign-up and no consumer marketing. Messages are operational and transactional only, and phone numbers are never shared or sold.

How consent is collected

A user opts in inside their own authenticated Geocast account. They enter their mobile number and check a consent box that is unchecked by default. Opting in is not a condition of employment or of using the platform. Here is the exact opt-in screen and consent language:

Geocast account · Notifications · opt-in

Get text alerts from your property

Mobile number(503) 555-0123
Yes, text me

The box is unchecked by default · the user must check it to opt in · US numbers only · STOP to opt out anytime

Shown in its default state: the consent box is empty and must be actively checked. Each property's name replaces "my property."
