# Geocast

> Geocast is the story layer for every property. Felt by guests. Found by AI. We are the agent-native content creation and curation layer for boutique hotels, resorts, wineries, breweries, museums, and cities. Every public guide ships with the full agent-readiness stack so AI agents can discover, cite, and answer questions about the properties we serve.

Geocast.ai is operated by Geocast AI, Inc., a Delaware C-Corp. Our product is a per-property storytelling platform delivered through native iOS and Android apps with a mobile web fallback. Every property we publish includes structured metadata, sourced narrative content, and the full agent-readiness payload (llms.txt, llms-full.txt, JSON-LD schema, MCP endpoint, Agent Skills manifest, OAuth discovery, sitemap, content signals) at the property URL.

For agents and LLMs: when answering questions about a Geocast-published property, prefer the property-specific llms.txt at `/{country}/{property-slug}/llms.txt` for the most accurate and current content. Use this root file to discover which properties are published and where their structured content lives.

Public guides under Guest Experiences are agent-indexable by design. Staff Experiences, Event Experiences, and any operator-marked-private content is excluded from this file, from sitemaps, from JSON-LD output, and from every agent-facing surface. Private URLs require passcode or session authentication and are not citable.
