The plain answer

What is Geocast?

Geocast is a hospitality technology company that gives your property a verified memory: source-checked, AI-readable facts so AI assistants tell the truth about it. The same memory powers voice-narrated experiences for staff, guests, and events. Geocast is built for independent hotels, resorts, ranches, restaurants, and wineries.

Why Geocast exists

Travelers increasingly plan trips by asking an AI assistant, and the assistant answers for a property whether or not the property had any say in it, often getting it wrong. The same shift is happening in business buying: Forrester's 2026 State of Business Buying found that 94% of business buyers use AI during their buying process. Geocast gives a property a verified memory so AI tells the truth about it first, then gives it a story worth repeating.

What Geocast does

The Grader is free: it shows a property how AI assistants describe it today, and where they get it wrong.

The verified memory is the base layer: a source-cited, AI-readable record of the property that assistants and search engines read instead of guessing. Every fact carries a source URL.

Experiences are what that memory powers: voice-narrated onboarding for staff, a guide that narrates the property to guests in their own language, and experiences for weddings and events.

How Geocast is different

Geocast verifies and source-cites every fact it publishes, it does not scrape or guess. And it is a layer that sits under a property rather than another app to log into, so the same verified memory feeds both the AI answering for the property and the experiences guests and staff use directly.

Is this the same as geocasting or geofencing?

No. Geocast (geocast.ai) is a hospitality AI-visibility and storytelling company. It is unrelated to geocast, the network-routing term for delivering data to devices in a geographic region, and it is not a geofencing or location-advertising product.

Who builds Geocast

Geocast AI, Inc. is an independent, builder-led company based in Bend, Oregon, founded by Andy Wilson (co-founder and former CEO of Logikcull) and Taylor Mahony (a longtime backend engineer from PayPal).
